Our dedicated coordinators manage site visits and material specifications, ensuring client satisfaction.

Our dispatch and delivery team is responsible for managing the daily logistics of our fleet of drivers. They work to ensure comprehensive local, national, and international coverage is met with speed and efficiency. Our team coordinates with each other and the recipient to confirm pickup/delivery time. We follow up to ensure satisfaction and appreciate your feedback.

Our warehouse and receiving team plays a vital role in upholding our commitment to excellence. Our daily receiving is carefully inspected, ensuring your items have arrived safely and in mint condition. Our facility stores and digitally barcodes every item. Our delivery tagging system includes: date of receipt, vendor name, item description, dimensions, and room side mark. For larger projects we load by room or floor plan for ease of offload for efficiency. Under the leadership of our Operations Manager, trained in interior design, our team consistently works together solutioning the behind the scenes logistics for successful results.
